All the stores used to be organized and clean!!!!!! Food is not great!!!! As used to be….definitely would not pass health code for inspection, everything is dried out … employees some are nice others not. The prices have gone up which ok if food is hot presented well… uniforms on employees were unkept and hair was free falling ….All the employees need to be trained in customer service and floors counters need to be cleaned including in glass cases, and Managers on all levels need to be also trained. We have been coming to AJs for years and years now and have always had wonderful experiences. This morning we went and got our ticket and waited like usual and missed our ticket by 1 due to having to take our two toddlers outside. I came back inside and apologized and said my number was barely missed but I don’t have to be served and the barista began to call me out in front a huge crowd saying sorry everyone for her which I was mortified.
