About a month ago I took my Kenworth t680 to get some things fixed and was thankful for Alejandro and his staff for pointing out other issues that needed fixing. I can say that I am very pleased with their work and surely will be taking my truck for any further issues. Alejandro takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers back with detailed explanations. Throughout the process he kept me updated.
Went here to ajust the valves on my paccar and have one injector replaced they got right on it and did a good job at a reasonable price good shop to go to
Es muy difícil encontrar un buen mecánico que sabe lo que está haciendo… Alex en esta situación es de lo mejor en El Paso. Siempre hace buen trabajo, cobra lo que es y es bien transparente. Yo personalmente le he mandado mis 3 trocas (1996,2011,2012) y siempre me las ha dejado al 100. Alex es el tipo de persona que ama lo que hace y se nota en su trabajo. La gente e que tiene trabajando con el son bien chingones. Una recomendación que voy hacerle a todos es que vayan con el!
Stopped in Wednesday afternoon with a radiator leak. Alejandro and his crew installed a new radiator and actually noticed my AC was low and took care of that for me! I'm pleased with his customer service skills. He offered to let us use his work vehicle which we declined. He offered to take us to a motel Wednesday night but we stayed in the truck with our dog. was in a crunch in El Paso and had a hot delivery in Dallas rolled in at 6 or 7pm and they had me out in a few hours
