If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any service provider — cesspool or otherwise. Not only did they completely botch the job they were hired to do, but they caused thousands of dollars in damage to our home and then ghosted us for months. We initially hired them for what should have been a routine cesspool service. Been using them forever. Bob was handling everything, but Michael and Dominic have taken charge. The absolute best. Timing, efficiency, honesty, and price. Also the nicest people. Wouldn't choose anyone else. They were even able to locate my cesspool when another company said it was under the deck, which it wasn't. Awesomeness all around.

These guys are the best! Extremely honest, great prices, and the best customer service you could ever dream of! I had some cesspool issues a couple of years ago, and they treated the system and gave a 1 year guarantee. After several months had the same issue, and they came back and treated again, no charge! I rarely post reviews but I feel AJS Cesspool, especially Andy deserves an excellent review. I had him service my cesspool and paid him once..I had problems with water filling up when I was abroad and he serviced it and again recently when it was backed up. He didn't charge me again but most importantly, its the reliability that I want to highlight..he said he will be there in an emergency and he did and took care of it. Thanks for the professionalism.
