We had used a backflow company for several years and had no issues. Until last year. I had left several messages (text, messenger) for the lady but no reply. When I finally did hear back, she said she was booked for the year. We had just a few days left before our water was turned off. I called a few recommendations and no one could make it out in time. I received a letter in the mail from KPUD that my backflow test was out of date and I had 7 days to submit a passed inspection in order to prevent my water from being shut off. I called Kris and he took care of the rest: notified KPUD of my scheduled appointment, inspected and repaired the backflow assembly and submitted the results. It was about as seamless as any service I have ever used. Thanks again Kris

AJ’S has performed back flow testing for my mother in the past. She had passed away a few months ago. I stop by the house every few weeks to check on things. I happened to stop by today and noticed that her lawn is all brown. There is an automatic sprinkler system so it should be green. I tried starting the system and noticed there was no water flow. Checked the shut off for sprinkler system and found someone had turned it off. I also noticed there was a card for AJ in the water box and noticed it had been recently wiped and... read more
