I'm actually thinking about a lawsuit with these scum bags! They will call and call and call then argue with you saying it's the first time they have called. I've tried everything to get them to stop with no success! Beware of this place. If you get your glass done by them be prepared for years of calls. This is your last warning AJ's!

I too have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list. I was in a serious car accident and no longer am able to drive and they still call. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have filed several times with the FCC AS WELL. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!

I moved out of Arizona 3 years ago and I still get harassing calls from these guys. I've told them over and over I no longer live in AZ and to remove me from their calling lists. Unless you like being harassed on a monthly basis do not do business with these guys. Based on the other reviews, I'm not the only one with this problem.

I've not had my windshield replaced in 4 years yet they call me every month, several times, despite me having told them not to.

Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of talking too. DONNA, the moron who calls you about 23900 times a day to solicit your business is as rude as it gets. If you call her back and politely ask her to stop calling ...she hangs up. HMMMMM...Maybe just maybe she gets annoyed when strangers call her...Ironic since that is their whole GD business model. SCAM ALERT> STAY AWAY!
