Just came from their business. I needed a replacement spring for my old couch. From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was the best customer in the world. Very friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed to do the job. Their business is ran the way businesses used to be ran in small towns. I was very impressed help plan on giving them my business when ever I need any furniture work.

I had them redo a leather recliner. It never operated properly when returned. It looks worse now after 4 years than the original chair after 35 years. Bought a hide but the ottoman doesn't match. Had to take back to put padding in the seat. Suspect a low quality hide was used. The mechanism is fine. The upholstery was binding up the movement. I fixed it. The leather has not held up. I've consulted other upholstery professionals where I now reside. Consensus; low quality over priced

Wasn't what I thought it'd br
