The first gym that I have been to and felt comfortable and looked after. Anastacia always adjusts the exercises to meet my needs. She is professional caring and very supportive. Anastacia always goes above and beyond. She creates a community where people feel they belong and are valued.
Anastacia is very professional with her clients. I have been a member at AJPT for the past two years and have found her programs target the individual goals and needs of her clients improving their overall physical and mental well being. I have been training with Anastacia for a few years now and she is absolutely fantastic! She is encouraging, accomodating and has created a fantastic community of women who support each other. All group sessions are fun, flexible and tailored to your ability. I could not recommend AJPT fitness enough!!
