I had a overheating issues when I came to Florence Friday I called 4 times Friday and 5 times Saturday as this was a emergency and could possibly not be able to drive back to Portland I RECEIVED NOT CALL BACK OR MESSAGE and its Monday night I feel neglected and and and poor customer service I would avoid this shop if you want any service
