Well my company does drop and hook but the process is quick and easy.
Easy check in, got dock right away, waiting to be loaded but doesnt seem bad of a place.
Usually a drop and hook appointment for me. My load wasn't ready when I arrived maybe an hour early but, it was at the dock. They waited at least 30 minutes after my appointment to finish loading the truck when it was supposedly 3/4 finished. But, still took at least another hour to finish loading it. By that time there where trucks waiting to get Iinto a dock after I arrived for an midmorning AM LL appointment. I had to let them know the light was green so you finish with my load?
