I think these guys have kind of had it rough on Google reviews. The office staff was very respectful and cool. This is not a show up multiple hours ahead of schedule and get loaded shipper. I would recommend you show up 30 minutes before your appointment. You're going to be looking at a 2.5 to 3 hours to get loaded. There is parking as well as overnight parking. There's a porta potty. There's a convenience store across the road.
Great guys with great attitude and hard workers. It did take over 4 hours to get loaded but it wasn't on them. They're not set up for success over there. They got bad systems and old computers and hand entry etc etc. The quality of the load times is on management and the higher ups. People on the ground floor are five stars
Run away from this place as fast as you can!
Avoid here by all means! Believe me, you would end up crying if you do not!!!
