I have been with the company for almost 6 years. The management is very understanding they will go out of there way to help anyway they can. The benefits are affordable and wonderful i like having the options. I would like to say the jobs are not hard. I love being quality control on the 3rd shift in joplin. Keep up the good work i cant imagine working for another company
