One of AJK employee name Scott certer took $840 to fix my AC. He never fix it and now he refuse my calls and block my number. Lady at reception is very rude don't want to listen. Installed AC Head unit in incorrect location after discussing the location, Carrier Outdoor Unit was faulty after 1 Month had to be replaced, then AC Head unit PC Board failed and took 3 Months of constant weekly phone calls to get repaired under warranty. Would rate 0 Stars but not possible. Don't waste your money like we did.
