Last year, I made an appointment online only to receive a canceled notification through email with no explanation. Just tried to make an appointment, and spoke to the rudest person on the phone who said my problem isn't "urgent" enough and started questioning how I could possibly be on birth control still if I haven't visited in the last 2 years. I have tried to make appointments for 2 years now, and they never have time for me nor do they care to even help me through the phone. So yeah never coming back.
I went to this Dr. Office for the first time. Since I called them to schedule the appointment the staff is so helpful and friendly ☺️ when I got there the day of the appointment they saw me right away (after some paperwork) and they have lab work on site! Dr. Ajjan and nurses were very welcoming and super respectful. Also, when I entered the room for the examination the Dr. Had a female nurse in the room with us for me to feel more comfortable. He is a very professional and very kind doctor, the doctor gives a lot of confidence with his attention and professionalism, he attended the birth of my baby and thanks to him everything went perfect I highly recommend him
