we called the rocky river drive office today, 4.oct.21, to make an appointment. the phone number has been disconnected. no forwarding info offered. cant recommend a ghost....
I was Dr Shah patient for years til now I was very upset that I couldn't see him anymore I had a ear affection so I went to another ears nose and throat. I can't believe that his office didn't call me and tell me That Dr Shah didn't even inform me. The Rocky river office is closed and I have no way to see him anywhere else. I hope He's okay. I been going to Dr. Shah for the past three years at his southwest office ..Just a wonderful doctor knows his stuff. You do have to wait in his office to see him its only cuz he is very well know at southwest hospital I know cause I also work at the hospital.He has done two surgery on my throat area and has help me so much, very grateful to him..
HE WAS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OR MY EAR PROBLEM. EVERYTHNG WAS DONE AT HIS OFFICE THE SAME DAY. CARING DOCTOR.
Ridiculously long wait time. Office is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is no parking for an accessible van. The restroom is not accessible. I had to leave the building and go to Walgreens to use the restroom. Horrible facility for anyone in a wheelchair.
Reception area - terrible. Staff-crowed into a small area. Shaw would not do a temporary tube insert in his office. Tried outpatient - could NOT due it there due to severe pain! Changed to another doctor - the new doctor was able to do the insert in his office WITHOUT ANY PAIN!
When I told him I could not afford $6,000 for hearing aids he asked me if I would take them for free. When I replied, Of course I would he responded, Everybody wants something for free. Then he suggested that I put it on a credit card. I am 89 years old.
