TERRIBLE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY! I criticized a recruiter about an error she made and she RETALIATED by canceling my interview 2 minutes before I went into it. MANAGEMENT DEFENDED HER.
I was contacted by a representative via zip recruiter and I was presented with a possible assignment placement but days had gone by. After, various attempts on my part, the representatives was unresponsive. When I spoke, with the company dispatcher about connecting with management she was rude, and unprofessional then tried to argue with me. Ailijon isn’t a trusted staffing agency and I wouldn’t recommend anyone rely on them for job placement.
I worked with Ajilon for about one month and had a wonderful experience! The team is incredibly friendly, communicative and attentive, and they truly care about finding the best job placements for their clients. All the leads they sent me very closely fit with what I was looking for in my next role and the team was super quick to secure interviews. I have now found an amazing new position and it's all thanks to the Ajilon team!
