If I could give zero stars I would. This is possibly the worst staffing agency. I’ve been trying to find a job in a call center and I finally got a call saying that they had one available for me and that they would email me a typing test. This was two weeks ago. I tried calling back several times, nobody is willing to help me or communicate with me. I keep being told that I’ll get a call back but nothing. Don’t waste your time with this agency.
After getting the full-on used car salesman treatment from my "dedicated" Ajilon representative about all the benefits of signing up with their company, he told me all about how his job was to "develop a personal relationship" with each client that was assigned to him. That sounded pretty good. Several attempts thusfar to reconnect with my "new best friend" in my ongoing job search have been either overlooked or ignored. I received an email from Samantha about a position in my field, I am not actively searching for employment but she found me on LinkedIn. I replied I would be interested in speaking with her and set up an interview time. She replied setting up a time and asked for my resume. I replied that I was at work and didn’t have my resume with me but sent the linked in url. She didn’t reply and didn’t call at the interview time.
