They kept getting me interviews for positions that I didn’t even ask for. Since rebranding as LHH, this company has made it impossible to leave any reviews. You cannot find LHH. They have effectively made themselves invisible online, so I have to leave my review here and hope it helps others. I applied for a position, and was immediately contacted by Brittnee Gonzalez. We had a video interview and all went well. She had 3 positions that were supposedly great for me, and said she would submit my name to these employers. Ajilon has some amazing opportunities... if you can ever get in touch with anyone. Brittnee Gonzalez was my manager. She communicated for about 2-3 months and then the communication began to dwindle down to nothing. I began working with her around July 2020 I would say around September 2020 our communication dropped to zero. I have continuously tried to get in contact with her. Leaving voicemails, sending emails, etc. I have applied to jobs on the website just to never hear back from anyone at Ajilon. It is very frustrating ... read more

No stars needed. This is another highly unprofessional staffing agency in the Phoenix area. Never follow up with you on anything. I was given an interview date and time for a call and was ready only to find out that the “recruiter” gave me an old interview number. Then they stopped responding for 3 months and try to contact you again like nothing happened. There isn’t one decent employee in their whole organization. This company has so many bad reviews, well here’s another one. One of the managers named Brittnie is very unprofessional and rude when it comes to calling you back or keeping in touch. She even asked me to call her on a certain day and time and I did and left a message, and then left another message a week later and still didn’t here a word from her. That is very unprofessional, don’t waste your time with these people!
