I’ve been to this establishment about five times. When we’ve received service, the staff has always been very nice and the food has been great. Unfortunately, our last two visits within the past month have been completely different. Both times, we sat for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all. I first came in with a party of 2 and was told there was a wait. This would have been understandable if it was packed or if there was not enough staff. There were 6 people on a wait-list of people that were not at the restaurant. I saw more than 10 tables open. 4 servers working. 3 sushi chefs. We went to Aji Sushi for the first time today, not only was the food amazing, but so was the service! Our server Elyse made our experience 1000x better, she was so kind and helpful, she definitely elevated our experience! Everything about the restaurant was incredible, the food especially the sushi was so fresh and filling, the speed of service and wait time was great, and again our server Elyse was just so amazing! 100% recommend!
I had the steak and shrimp hibachi and it was delicious! Very generous portions, particularly with the fresh stir fried veggies. Steak was cooked perfectly. Very friendly staff and super fast service!
