Got takeout here while visiting Albuquerque! Loved the unique packaging of the ramen so my noodles and goodies stayed firm until I was ready to add them to the broth. Generous, thick pieces of pork that was super tasty with my black garlic tonkatsu ramen. I loved the Huma tofu too! Would have given 5 stars but the broth could have been tastier, overall a good experience especially considering it was takeout!
Food was delicious, staff was quick and attentive. We will be coming back
