Decided to stop in and try Aji, very glad I took the chance! The chicken skewers were juicy and the glaze was delicious. The gyoza was excellent, and the ramen was exactly what I was hoping for!
You wouldn't think you were stumbling into anything amazing by the looks of the plain door with the blinking "open" sign. When you walk in, the area is simple looking too, but when the food gets in front of you, you realize you've made one of the best decisions of your day. Came here to try it out. Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and shrimp tempura. The Ramen is very good. Good chunks of chasiu, fishcake, seaweed and babmbbo shoots along with bean sprouts. Broth has good flavor. The shrimp tempura was different. I've never had shrimp tempura like what was sold. Good size shrimp, not enough dipping sauce. This place is close to my place. I'll comeback for another try. Otherwise it's a good place.

My husband and I stopped by here today, and from the moment we walked in- there was no greeting, we kind of had to look around the corner to see if anyone was going to talk to us, a very stoic man approached and said it would be 5 minutes, and to sit.
