DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHRIS. He took our down payment money for a dump trailer and then never contacted the manufacturer to get the trailer ordered. I called the manufacture he said he was ordering from and they had never heard of Chris or AJF trailers. He blatantly stole our down payment money! One of the employees went above and beyond and got our down payment back but Chris pretended like I wasn’t even in the room when I asked for the down payment to be returned.
So I'm finally getting around to writing this review. I bought this new trailer sight unseen I needed a trailer and nobody in my area would work with me Chris w/ajf trailer did. The price I paid was for delivery included I thought was awesome. When it came time for delivery our area got a lot of snow which henderd after over about 2 weeks of Chris telling me he was trying to get the trailer to me I felt like I was being gaslighting me kept giving me excuses for delaying delivery I finally took off time from work to go get it... read more
Excellent customer service, easy to communicate goals and map the right heavy duty dump trailer. Great cost point too after going to three other locations that sells trailers.
Dealing with AJF was a pleasure and the trailer I purchased was well made . 7'×14' .Definitely recommend the Rathdrum Idaho branch.
Super friendly, knowledgeable, very easy to work with. Chanda is super. She wanted to be sure we were happy with the trailer we were looking at. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a trailer. 5 stars.
