TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! Awful company with ZERO care about customer service. They had good reviews on Google, so I contacted them about my clogged bathroom sink. At this point, I don't think the reviews are actually real (read the reviews below about offering discounts for 5-star reviews). They charged a $200 service call to come out, which I was fine with. ZERO stars. They confirmed--and then cancelled--on us two days in a row. Big thumbs down.
We had a strange issue with noise transfer between two conference rooms. We have been doing ways on how to solve it on our own but still didn’t work. Gladly I found this company. They installed acoustic transfer grilles that reduced sound while still allowing airflow. I didn’t even know this solution existed. Very knowledgeable team.
