Terrible experience. Bait and switched a quoted price and promised repairs with a different "handy person" who clearly had not communicated with the first person. Did not repair grouting as promised, did not fix slow flowing sink as promised, and electrical work for lighting fixtures failed within 2 days.

They are absolutely horrible all of the good reviews are because they price GOUGE you then if you try to negotiate down they will say if you leave us a good review, you can have that price, then ask to you submit the review prior to paying. They tried to charge $450 dollars for a 20 min consult where they guy didn’t speak much English and absolutely no clue how to deal with high end appliances or how to problem solve on his own. i got a lot of respect for hard work when i see it. luckily for me i had the best plumbers in NYC take care of the whole boiler installation for me and my property. seeing this for what it is: it’s a solid plumbing business that can solidify a perfect service for any service under the plumbing field without any question.

Listen closely people! Bond’s is the best!!!!!! They are heroes in disguise as plumbers! When I told them I had an emergency with my toilet which was leaking like crazy; they came IMMEDIATELY! Faster than a 911 call. Took care of business and left the area spotless!
