Dale was fantastic to work with. His communication was excellent and he was very reliable. We did not feel like we had to be checking in on him or keeping a close eye to ensure the work was being done accurately. We really appreciated that he would offer suggestions or advice based on his experience, but never felt as though he was trying to upsell us or push us in a certain direction. It felt like he had a solid understanding of who we are and what we wanted for our basement development.

It was a pleasure working with Dale. He is very knowledgeable and makes excellent suggestions that improved our choices. He is very skilled and all work is completed to a high standard. Dale arranged tradespeople and managed timelines to get the project completed. We love our finished project! Bathrooms are beautiful! Would highly recommend Ajenda Projects and we will certainly use them again. Thank you Dale!

Agenda Projects did a project in a condo we were selling - namely to install closet doors. The final product was excellent. Wasn’t straightforward as it required some considerable adjustment due to the fact that the original opening was askew. Also on his own used like new left over doors (without charge) from a previous project. We also knew Dale from a previous experience at our current home - he helped build it and more recently helped with adjusting concrete levelling with an old sidewalk. For years, I struggled to find a contractor that would come in and finish work from my original renovation. I previously had the main floor completely gutted right down to the studs. Prior contractor completed 90% of the work and then ghosted myself and I soon discovered, others as well. He left many people with incompleted work. Dale Rott, owner of Agenda Projects completed an awesome renovation for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and everything in the new bedroom and bathroom that Dale built is accessible and easy for us to get around. Both the new bathroom with the walk-in shower and the renovated half bath with new laundry area are very functional and look great.
