Prepaid a mundan for our 16-month-old, then needed to cancel. Couldn't reach them all morning because they open one hour before appointment time. When we did: no cancellation unless they filled the slot, and no refund of the price difference if we switched to a cheaper haircut — his reasoning being that a haircut "takes longer." The owner has a lot of attitude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Also, due to distraction he trimmed my hairs differently on each side.
Ajeet is an experienced barber. We went there for the mundan of my 5 month old daughter and an adult haircut. He is a professional, pays attention to detail and did a good job Giving two stars because he overcharged us. We walked in without talking about the price on the phone and when we were sitting on the chair with my daughter ready, he said he will charge $150, taking advantage of the situation.
