He kept me informed of what he was doing & from my first point of contact with him found him very reliable. I will be recommending him to family & friends. Thank you Alan.
A great experience from start to finish, from a prompt call out to respond to the initial leaking boiler on Thursday, through to a thoroughly professional installation of the new boiler on Tuesday. Alan and Chris did a great job and we are very happy with our new boiler. Many thanks. Will recommend to others.
He installed a new boiler-all OK so far. He also installed new radiators. Kindly came to remove some radiators for decorating but when we reinstalling, did it in such a rushed and brusque manner, caused damage to a pipe under laminate floors causing a leak. Emailed him photos of leak but heard nothing. A week or so after another leak coming through ceiling from another radiator he installed six months ago. I have not heard from him at all.
