Booked me on a load from Oregon to Idaho, agreed and signed contract for 11800 lbs, shipper loaded us over 33000 lbs. Instead of honoring agreement and having us go back to unload or give us extra money for almost 3 times the weight, they just said they can give us $100 and thats it they dont care customer wont pay and thats it.
