I personally work on my van a lot and I was extremely unimpressed with getting charged $1800 for getting the intake manifold done on my van and only to find out later that none of the bolts were tightened and to the point that I found one bolt from the intake manifold in the bottom of the engine bay. I rang them up about it and they told me that they were able to fix it but after find out that they had stripped one off the bolt thread in the head I unfortunately couldn’t trust them with any of my vehicles again.
