The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful!!! They contradict everything they say… they don’t call back when they say they will… and don’t call with results!
Tried to call your office multiple times in regards to a referral for treatment only to be told repeatedly that the referral could not be found. Missy needs an attitude adjustment and your office needs to update their fax number with the hospital. Get it together.
Rudest and most utterly unprofessional front office staff I have ever encountered in my life!
