This should be a 0 star but that’s not possible. The office staff here apparently states that they do not do appeals to insurance companies. I’m sorry.. that’s an insane statement to make because you are 100% blocking critical care for a patient. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen- and I will not wait long considering the time my Mother has already been waiting! was having a good day toll I had to go see the sign out receptionist, was she got huffy with me just because I asked where the next appointment time was, that was kind of rude 😒
Terrible experience and terrible.management. Routine colonoscopy and they immediately wanted to put me on medication without any symptoms or a conclusive diagnosis. Then they order a follow up test which they ordered wrong but I still get billed. Then I have to get another test and pay for that too. These tests involve taking a day off work, drinking sludge that gives horrible digestive issues and I have to do it again and pay for it twice??
