was having a good day toll I had to go see the sign out receptionist, was she got huffy with me just because I asked where the next appointment time was, that was kind of rude 😒
Terrible experience and terrible.management. Routine colonoscopy and they immediately wanted to put me on medication without any symptoms or a conclusive diagnosis. Then they order a follow up test which they ordered wrong but I still get billed. Then I have to get another test and pay for that too. These tests involve taking a day off work, drinking sludge that gives horrible digestive issues and I have to do it again and pay for it twice?? The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful!!! They contradict everything they say… they don’t call back when they say they will… and don’t call with results!
