Been coming here for years great dr and amazing staff
Linda answering the phone needs help and lots of support and training, as far as knowing staff and how to transfer phone calls, redirecting patients and their families to the appropriate people/department when necessary and also customer service skills. Ma’am you work in the medical field, an “I’m not sure how to transfer” or a “I don’t know” should never suffice patients or their families. Hard to get someone over the phone. When you leave a voicemail they never call you back. Its best to make an appointment in person and going in person to get seen. Doctors sometimes hard to listen to your needs. You have to repeat yourself with them to get things done. Other than that they are okay in my opinion.
