Awful billing service! The bill was paid in full when we received it. Kept receiving invoices, called and was assured it was showing paid and would not be turned into collections. 6 months later receive a notice from a collection company!!!! Meanwhile their “office manager “ 2 weeks later and 3 times I have left messages still has not called me back!!!! Terrible customer service!!! Had to go to bank get statement proving it was paid and deal with collection company to get it cleared! Pretty sad something would have been sent... read more
