Amazing experience! Such a lovely environment and staff. You can tell they really care about their furry patients. They were so patient, informative and considerate throughout the whole process and gave me hope for Tyra. I definitely recommend this clinic for your fur babies
I recently had an emergency with my cat, Noah, for a blocked urinary tract and the service and treatment was amazing. They hurriedly took him in the morning and quickly diagnosed him. They also quickly sent his blood and xrays to me and as well to the emergency hospital that we had to go to eventually. When I called to ask for advice Dr.Kerolos was always readily available. Even now, when Noah is currently in recovery, they still called to check up on him. I'm so glad I have Dr. Kerolos as my primary vet.
Dr. Nagwa I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. The compassion and love she gave towards my Freddy in my opinion, went above and beyond. She was so kind to him and was very comforting to me during the difficult decisions that had to be made. I highly recommend bringing your animals to this veterinary clinic. Along with her, her staff is absolutely wonderful, kind and compassionate.
