I’ve been going to Ajax tire for many years. They are amazing and friendly. They are there for you when you need them. They go above and beyond to get you the tires you need and their customer service is really amazing. Definitely take your car there. It’s a family run business too..
Amazing customer service. Carmen has been my go to tire provider and servicer since my first car - and was my dad’s guy before that. He is a key part of the neighbourhood and entrenched in the community.
Once again Ajax Tire provided great service and a great deal! I’ve been back to Ajax Tire multiple times and every time I’ve come away with the feeling that I’ve had great service, a good solution, and the best deal. As always, I did my homework and checked the other tire centres. And once again Carmen provided what was clearly the best option.
Amazing customer service. I went in without an appointment as one of my tires had low pressure and Carmen looked at it as soon as he could. Turned out one of the tire sensor valves had a leak. His tech Mike looked and it and they both replaced the faulty sensor valves that Carmen had put aside for his own vehicle. That’s great service. Can’t thank him enough for. For whoever gave him a bad review, I think he might have mistaken the tire shop. Even if it was, calling names is childish and uncalled for.
