Called them at 8:53AM, service man was at my house within 10 minutes, and had the clog cleared by 9:30AM!! You can't ask or better service than that. I have used Ajax several time over the years and they have always been great.
Disgusting customer service - call center staff have the worst attitude. They don’t turn up when they say they will - if they say 3 hours expect them in 3 days. Totally unprofessional
