Ajax Plumbing and Water Leaks

They do measure once cut trice. I don't have time to describe a total fiasco they pulled on my property for thousands of dollars. I am looking to do everything all over again. Unprofessional unequipped and don't stand by their "we guarantee" done was done about 4, month ago. Pictures show hom much dirt wasn't packed back in by their contractors and also the pipe with sitting water after their "we guarantee" Waste of money and time.

I've used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner. On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. I was very pleased with my experience with Ajax from booking to finish. Our water heater went out, so we had no hot water; not an emergency, but a major inconvenience that you would like to have rectified quickly and easily. I booked an appointment for the next day, and when the guys came out, they were very polite and professional and SUPER fast. AJAX was the first to respond to our request for a quote. They were also the only team we ended up needing to hear from. That’s because they were professional from the minute they arrived— until they cleaned up and left. Toby and Dillon were excellent. They assembled our faucet, water lines and drain perfectly. Ajax was very professional and polite. The service tech Tino that came out explained everything to me in great detail and did everything he could and got my water running to where I was able to use my shower until a permanent repair could be done. He showed great concern for my situation and I felt like he really cared about taking care of my issue. The price was really reasonable as well. I will definitely use Ajax again if I ever have a plumbing issue again.
