Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Feng. While the staff was kind and helpful, the actual eye exam and prescription process were frustrating. I took my child here in November 2024 for a comprehensive eye check due to his cylinder and axis vision issues. Since he was struggling with his current prescription, I hoped Dr. Feng would provide a better solution. Unfortunately, she changed his prescription, and now his vision has worsened significantly. Dr Feng Qiu is very professional, detail oriented and knows hers stuff. I would recommend her to anyone.

I switched optometrists due declining service from my previous doctor. I had an infection in one eye, I called Ajax Optometrists Clinic at 1:00 PM and was in to see Dr. Qiu at 3:00 PM. The welcoming from the Vaseema and Dr Feng Qiu is fantastic. Dr. Qiu is highly skilled, very thorough and provides detailed explanation during the various phases of the examination, all in a very patient manner. If you are looking for quality service for your eye care, I recommend Dr. Qiu and optometrist staff at Ajax Optometrists Clinic.
