Ace Optical in Ajax on Baily wonderful place. I had gone there originally way back with my first eye test and prescription and was very happy. My most recent prescription I went to a different place also in Ajax on Hardwood (not sure why i switched) but i did and when I returned to get the prescription changed on existing frames they wanted to charge me more that the original prescription and frames. Went to Ace optical and had Mr. Ajaz help me get my eyes checked and get my new prescription eye glass. For me, my daughter and my wife. The service was excellent and I finally have 20/20 vision back. Thanks Ace Optical! See you next year!
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Feng. While the staff was kind and helpful, the actual eye exam and prescription process were frustrating. I took my child here in November 2024 for a comprehensive eye check due to his cylinder and axis vision issues. Since he was struggling with his current prescription, I hoped Dr. Feng would provide a better solution. Unfortunately, she changed his prescription, and now his vision has worsened significantly. Dr Feng Qiu is very professional, detail oriented and knows hers stuff. I would recommend her to anyone.
Good customer service. Eye examination process was really smooth.
