August 13, 2026 — I am changing my review based on my experience during my recent service visit. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a service representative during a vehicle service visit. Very disappointing, especially from a premium automotive brand.”
