Several months ago, I purchased a vehicle from your dealership under the assurance that two keys would be provided. Upon finalizing the paperwork, however, only one key was available, despite prior assurances. Although I was promised the second key would be arranged, subsequent attempts to contact your dealership have been unsuccessful, not respondingto my calls. I am extremely disappointed by this unfulfilled promise.
