We drove nearly two hours from our hometown, where we have a Hyundai dealership, to purchase our new car in Ajax. I think that speaks volumes. A special thanks to Jay and Mir. Bad service support. Brought my vehicle for an oil change and after receiving my car and got home I noticed the parking brake toggle was loose and it came off. I had email the dealership and the service manager Brian Bontje with no return email not even an acknowledgment of receiving my email. I expected to at least receive a response stating we will look into but nothing after a couple of follow-ups with voicemail. With this I will never return for sales and future vehicle purchases.
