I bought new car from this dealership. I would not recommend this place. While I was shopping around I came across many dealers who treat their customers well. But here I meet a guy named Remy who is dealing with the finance. He has no patience and won’t answer your questions. Absolutely horrible customer experience. I brought in my Hyundai Kona for a warranty repair (I specifically mentioned that the car has a rebuilt title) I was told that even rebuilt is covered under warranty. We had a great experience working with Sylvain. He helped us every step of the way with our purchase. He was above and beyond amazing. All of the staff at Ajax Hyundai were great. There were a few things that made me pause though. Nothing to do with the staff. But, with the organization. If you're selling a 70k + new vehicle, include winter mats. Myself having to temporarily use Home depot lawn bags to cover up the summer mats, Looks terrible. In the middle of winter.
Thought buying a vehicle from the dealership ment it would be up to date. Had problems with the vehicle I was sold. Ill start with i came for a newer vehicle and less km and left with an older vehicle more km. They were not patient or understanding. I asked to wait 24 hours to talk to my mom's husband to make sure it was ok. I was told no even with a hold. The sales associate was nice but his manager was not, i felt rushed and not listened to.
