Poor first-impression from the clinic due to the receptionists. I missed my first appointment due to clinical "miscommunication". When calling to inquire, the receptionist was horribly unprofessional. She offered to reschedule, yes, and absolutely nothing else. Not a shred of customer service or compassion. Not even the basic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately I cannot accommodate your request, but what I can do is reschedule you and assure this won't happen again."
