Dr. Hadi & staff are so kind & helpful. They helped us concieve our now 15 month old boy & we are currently going through with another frozen embryo transfer. Highly recommend!!
This place is God awful. They have no idea what they are doing, don't listen to you about anything and only care about you spending money. Reception is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing, they don't read anything and they constantly tell you one thing and do the opposite. You sit in the waiting room and hear the Reception constantly messing up everyone's files and questions. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only good people are the nurses. My husband and I are so lucky to have found this clinic. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional from starting to end. We were lucky and blessed to conceive on our first transfer and we have a 16 month old daughter now. I cannot thank Dr. HADI and his exceptional staff for all their hard work. Dr. Hadi is so good at his work and I recommend him to all couples who want to conceive.
I was placed on the IVF wait-list March of last year. I inquired back in October about if I had made it to the top of the list yet, they told me they would get back to me but never did. Today I called as it had almost been a year since placed on this list. When speaking to the receptionist she told my funding had come up in November and that I had missed my time and that funding had now run out. I was never called once about this or left a voicemail or even an email. I was told I would hear from the clinic manager within a w... read more
