I had a very positive experience at Ajax Family Eye Care. Dr. Tieu was very professional, thorough, and attentive throughout my visit. After we realized that my prescription was slightly off, the team kindly offered to see me again at no charge to double-check everything and make the necessary correction, even though the issue was not really their fault. Dr. Patel is hands down the best optometrist I have ever seen. He is so kind, patient and empathetic. He is more than happy to explain in detail what the issue is and remains honest to the core in his recommendations. I trust him completely with my kids, hubby and now my mom too. Okay review time, I have to say the eye doctor she is fabulous and knows her stuff. Very detailed mind and gentle. The customer service when you first get there is fantastic. I would give them 3 1/2 because they failed the second part of the visit when I picked up my glasses. Instead of making sure I was a satisfied customer half way during the experience they just walked away and went to another. Made me feel like they were nice to get my money but now we don’t care.
