I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience my family had at your clinic during my 4-year-old daughter's eye exam with Dr. Hajra Naeem. My husband, our 6-year-old son, and I accompanied our daughter to the appointment. At the conclusion of the exam, Dr. Naeem told my daughter that she could choose a sticker. She came around the desk with a sticker book containing over 100 stickers. Great experience at Ajax Eye Care. The staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient from the moment I arrived. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the eye exam thorough and comfortable.
