Everything I drop off comes back as expected. The staff treats me well. No complaints.
I've been going to Ajax for years this is one of the best cleaning services in Joliet. They also have drop and go service for laundry. My clothes are always fresh and clean. I must mention they have the best seamstress as well. It's cheaper to pay in advance with the discount they offer. Give them a try you will be glad you did.
Mexican girl was very rude and nasty. She was Tryna to overcharge me for a dress that I always bring there and pay 10.00 to clean proof was on the receipts and in the history she obviously wanted me to pay more for some reason. Contacted the owner he wasn’t interested in what I had to say.
They do a great job EXCEPT for the person who presses. My blazers come back with uneven lapels, not just slightly off, but WAY off. I'm tired of paying and having to re-do things.
