I am very Disappointed I was giving one date for a pick up however when I arrive, I was informed that my clothing was there however, it was not pressed I put my order in soon because I was getting prepared due to the weather going into the two digit I am a very understanding person so I gave them three days later, and was told that my item was still not ready I ask how will I be compensated? Needed a place nearby that I could drop off my laundry to pick up next day since I hate doing laundry. Came here and had an amazing experience. Drop off was simple and quick. My clothing was ready next day and folded nicely. The ladies at the front are absolutely the best and hard working. Tip them well.
