AJACS Painting I had previous work done by them which was extremely high in price but needed the work done quick. I then asked to have my partially finished basement painted (less than 600 sq ft.) with drop ceilings and a set of 13 stairs painted. I was charged $4925. The work consisted of two days with 3 men on each day. Most of the time was just waiting for the steps to dry. $4925 to paint a basement with no ceiling and 13 stairs is absolutely horrendous. Tony strung me out for three or four years promising to re-stain my front door. We got ignored, we got excuses, and he even came out a few times, wasting my time discussing the job. He told me last fall that he had a crew in my area in a week and would do it then. I could never get a return call after that, although his office staff picks up the phone and is very nice.
