Went in to get a key copied and the service was great!
They are the best, they take their time and get the job done.
Responsive, flexible, good pricing. I live in an old; fairly high-end bldg and needed new locks cylinders. AJA didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, just the basics. Gave good advice. Quoted a good price over the phone and stuck to it even though the technician had to mess with the old lock a bit to get the new cylinder to fit. Technician (Brian) was friendly, careful, and patient.
Fantastic for making key duplicates! I came in and within 1 minute, I already had a copy of my key. And the store is really affordable with their pricing. I highly recommend. FYI it's cash only if you spend under $10 so I would be sure to bring cash.
