Ran back and forth four times to duplicate two keys. They tried again and again but the duplicated keys just don’t work. They ended up saying that there must be something wrong with my lock and it was not their fault.” Issues: wasted time, keys made but didn’t work, blame on customer’s lock.
Joe was great, we were in and out in a few minutes. They keys were reasonably priced too. Better to pay cash because there is a CC minimum
