Great experience from start to finish. Easy to get scheduled and the appraiser was helpful and comfortable to work with. I really appreciated that I was able to stay while my Grandmother's ring was being examined!
I called left message for a call back to this day never received a call . This place must not need customers or don’t understand customer service??? Wow what’s up with them? Looks from previous reviews it’s not just me. Good thing there are many other places for options. 🤔
We had a great experience. It was so easy to schedule an appointment by using the calendar that was on the website. It made it easy to choose a time that worked for us. More important, the appraiser spent time helping us sort through the items we had. She helped us understand which pieces were of value, and which were just costume jewelry. She was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
Called countless times throughout the week leaving a voicemail each time. No one has answered or ever bothered to call me back. Is this place even still in business? If so - how?
