Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I was let down by the guy who has serviced my oil boiler in the past and phoned AJ Yearnshire for a price quote for a yearly service. The lady on the phone was very patient, as I am not great with things like the technical knowhow about boilers. She sorted out an appointment for later that week, arrived on time, full service, small chit chat about the hamlet I live in and he was away. Certificates arrived a week later by post. Came out and sorted our broken flush, small job but came out all the same. A very helpful and professional service with fantastic communications throughout. Definitely one to recommend whatever plumbing and heating service you require.
We have used this business now for over 10yrs and have nothing but praise for Tony,Audrey and Stephen. They have gone out of their way to help and sort problems with our central heating system out. When our old boiler gave up the ghost, Stephen fitted a new Atag boiler without any fuss.Thank you all !
