James provided a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. He happily answered all the questions I had (and I had quite a few!). We were in a tricky situation where we wanted to purchase a prebuilt tiny home and move it onto our backyard. Unfortunately this meant that a tree had to be removed that required a permit.
