My use of this agency has been a nightmare. The failed to book my flight for weeks. They don't return my emails. I've already got deposits of $1000 for a conference and a hotel. The flight is the central piece and I can't do anything else without flight info.
AJ Travel were great to work with in planning my independent travel around Europe this past summer. I worked with Cheryl 'travel guru' and she was excellent. She kept me informed, booked excellent hotels for me and gave me great hints on the in and outs of traveling in Europe. I was so pleased with her I just booked my Alaskan cruise-land tour with her for next summer. I highly recommend AJ Travel! Yvonne
My customer service experience with AJ Travel was a horrible experience. My wife and I are in the Air Force and stationed in the San Antonio area. We have saved up for this dream vacation for years and AJ Travel took advantage of the situation.
