Straight up, honest about what is needed and why. On time. I'll now go nowhere else.
Did great work! Was an issue with charge. didn't educate us very well on the credit option. Credit and payment plan was going to cost us twice as much as the cost of the job. Additionally they charge a credit card fee when making a payment and that was not disclosed prior. Thank you for the work but please be more vigilant and transparent on your charges.
