Great customer service. Always fast & friendly delivery.
Not a good experience! They seem to use "Bait-and-switch" tactics for their sale items and don't honor the sale price. Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud used in retail sales but also employed in other contexts. First, customers are "baited" by merchants' advertising products at a low price, but when customers visit the store, they discover that the advertised goods are not available, or are actually a different price.
Buyer Beware. We bought a "Frosted Glass" board on Amazon from AJ Stationers. Instead, a WHITEBOARD showed up. Instead of making things right, AJ Stationers charged us a 20% restocking fee and shipping (on a $220 purchase, we were "refunded" $88 after AJ Stationers hid behind its "return policy" instead of offering good customer service.
