Very good people! I rented a tow dolly and realized after 2 days of having it that it wouldn’t work for my car situation. Not only did they stick around after closing on a Saturday to help me, but they gave me a full refund even though they certainly did not have to. I appreciate y’all!
Had a flat tire after school pickup and the team at A&J Service Repair put on my spare tire for at no charge. I am so thankful for their kindness. Very helpful!
Easy to work with, polite on the phone, had no problems picking up my Uhaul and returning it(did a one way rental).
Had a reservation at 9am to pick up a uhaul. Was there on time, completed my online check in and tried going inside to get the keys for my rental I had submitted payment for only to find the lights off, doors locked, and no one answering any phones. The uhaul 24/7 rep couldn’t even get the owner on the phone. Myself and other customers were waiting for an hour and no one came. I had to switch my reservation elsewhere which ended up costing more money than I really had to spare. Not a call back from the business either. Hours... read more
