Marlene is FANTASTIC & turns out a neighborhood gem for almost 20years - really time for a real haircut (no more kitchen scissors, COVID is over!) & Marlene fixed my uneven mess + gave me a great new length! Will definitely be back!!
Marlene did an amazing job on my hair yesterday and I’ve received many compliments this morning at work. My hair was just blah and lifeless and Marlene gave me a great cut that has just the right amount of volume without being high maintenance. Highly recommend!

Just moved back to Chicago after living away for 9 years. Needless to say, much has changed and I was worried about finding a stylist that would work with my gray curly hair. Lucky me!! I made an appointment with Marlene at AJ's Salon and am so happy I did. Love my cut and really felt at home in this cozy shop on Milwaukee Avenue. I highly recommend Marlene and this salon.
AJ Salon, Very Professional! I had a great experience, went in with very dark hair and left with soft caramel warm tones that complement my skin. Thank you Marlene, you are truly awesome.
